Brothers All,

It seems as if we are well into another year and your New Officers are anxious to get it going.  You need to help by attending as many functions as you are able to do.  There is more to Masonry than just showing up for a Stated Dinner every once in a while.  The dinners are good and we now have excellent meals but he Degree Nights are fun also so be prepared to attend a few this year.

The dues notices have been mailed and are out of the Office.  The payment of Dues is now at hand so if you have not mailed yours back, please do so as your Lodge depends on the members dues to help pay for the many things your Lodge does during the year.  We are fortunate to belong to a very active Lodge.  Our Lodge believes in having many different types of activities for its members to enjoy and we also have our standard bills of the Lodge so go to that secret place where only you know as your hiding place for your current dues card and make sure it says paid through December 31, 2009.  IF NOT?  Sit down, write that check to your Lodge and MAIL it TODAY.  Your Lodge dues are due and payable January 1st of each year.  Check it out NOW.

When you call the Lodge for reservations, please dial extension #5 to leave your name, how many is in your party and what function you are calling about.  Extension #5 is the Lodge reservation number and if you leave your reservation on a different extension number, it may not get recorded properly.  Thank you for paying attention to this and helping us out.  If you do this on extension #5 it will get picked up and recorded right.

Remember to check your Trestleboard for what's happening at your Blue Lodge each Thursday Night.  Lodge Stated Meeting is always on the Second (2nd) Thursday Night of each month unless moved to Third (3rd) Thursday due to Holiday or Grand Lodge Sessions.  Look to be at YOUR Lodge on Thursday Evenings.

Fraternally,

 Bill Sizemore, PM - Secretary
